12. A member of temporary staff may be required to take leave after examination by the Agency's medical officer if his state of health so requires or if a member of his household is suffering from a contagious disease.
13. ‘For the purpose of ex ante verification, a series of similar individual transactions relating to routine expenditure on salaries, pensions, reimbursement of mission expenses and medical expenses may be considered by the authorising officer responsible to constitute a single operation.
14. Before being engaged, a member of the contract staff shall be medically examined by a medical officer authorised by the Agency in order that the Agency may be satisfied that he fulfils the requirements of Article 104(3)(d).
15. Before being engaged, a member of the temporary staff shall be medically examined by a medical officer authorised by the Agency in order that the Agency may be satisfied that he fulfils the requirements of Article 36(2)(d).
